Guitars 2 and 3 play in concert pitch (written as 8vb). Guitar 1 plays up one octave (written as 8va) In other words: treat guitars 2 and 3 as normal guitar music (which sounds one octave lower) and treat guitar 1 as music for another treble clef instrument, which, when played on guitar, will have to be moved up 1 octave.
