Do you need this?
Attaching a strap to an acoustic guitar can get complicated. Most acoustic guitars have only one strap pin. And the output jack of the guitar’s electronics may be taking the place of that pin, since it’s assumed you can hang a strap from the jack.
While you can hang a strap from this jack, it is hard to lock it in place. Other locking mechanisms such as locking straps and rubber washers may not be designed for a pin this large. That’s where the Strap Jack comes in.
