Wegen Gypsy Jazz Picks

Wegen picks are made out of a stiff thermoset plastic, with a molded thumb grip. They are thick and stiff. According to multiple credible reports, Django played with a pick alot like this.
Pictures of picks supposedly belonging to Django tend to be shaped a bit like a triangular blob, and are very thick by modern standards, with a beveled edge (either hand-sanded or worn-in). The Wegen pick recreates the thickness, and the bevel.
Interestingly, these Django-style picks are very similar to the ultra-heavy picks preferred by many modern shredders, with the only difference being that they tend to have a much rounder tip.
